Then I started realizing what I'm sure other seasoned bead art jewelry designers already knew, that when you incorporate both bead stringing (one of the all time best selling books The Basics of Bead Stringing) and bead weaving techniques the end results are amazing bead art jewelry and typically OOAK (one-of-a-kind) designs which are common because before you're even finished with one design you're ready to move on to the newest design you have in your head.
At that time, which was only a few years ago there weren't many really good online instructions one exception being Beads East Tutorials; and even books and beading magazines were a bit difficult for me to grasp many of the techniques.
But now there some amazing video tutorials available online. Realizing that so much beading content can be difficult to sort through I've created this page to spotlight some of the exceptional tutorials that I come across so check back often as I will be adding to the list.
I do hope you find this information useful; experiment, experiment, experiment based on the instructions using different seed beads makes and sizes, bead colors and finishes and remember that Miyuki brand Japanese seed and Delica beads along with TOHO seed beads are used to get the most uniform look; whereas Czech Glass seed beads have their own unique characteristics and although not as uniform create beautiful bead art jewelry designs.
